WWF-UK is the UK arm of the WWF Network, the world's leading environmental organisation founded in 1961 and now active in over 100 countries. WWF's panda logo is recognised worldwide as a symbol of conservation and sustainable development.

Objective

WWF-UK had acquired no less than 10 inhouse content management systems over the years. There was a need to evaluate and audit these systems and make recommendations on the best way forward in order to consolidate them. There were issues ranging from duplication of content and tasks, no workflow structure and more importantly a strain on financial resources.

Result

We conducted a 3 month audit of all the internal systems and held workshops and thoroughly analysed the process of the organisation. We submitted a document to WWF who took on board our findings and recommendations.
