Truphone is the leading next generation mobile operator providing unique, borderless mobile phone services that drastically reduce the cost of roaming and international calling. Their products range across the board from software calling applications to SIM based products.
Objective
Truphone B2B offer small to medium sized businesses products to manage their mobile communications. Truphone needed to make sure end users, as well as back office staff had the tools they needed to ensure that they can easily and efficiently manage users and products through a well designed web based system.
Result
We successfully developed prototypes for the different users that Truphone needed to support. Latra also engineered the way that users were managed on the platform. This allowed back office staff to bulk manage users and products. We are currently assisting Truphone in integrating the B2B system.
