Mobile Network Service Platform

SIM4travel is a GSM SIM card service designed to be used whilst travelling abroad. Customers can make calls with a massive discount compared to standard network charges, in over 100 countries around the world.

SIM4travel saves money for anyone who uses their mobile whilst abroad - business people, holiday makers, everyone can benefit.

SIM4travel needed to roll out a new platform that would allow the support and management of existing and new users - all on a new telecoms network. The new system also had to take into account the provisioning of 175,000 SIMs that were being ordered by Expedia customers.

Within a 12 week period we helped define the applications that were needed to support the business. Several prototypes were built as a 'proof of concept' to determine not only product ordering but also network integration.

We delivered an end-to-end solution - from fulfilment right through to SIM activation and self help. The system also handled 6000 orders per day without any problems.
