Truphone is the leading next generation mobile operator providing unique, borderless mobile phone services that drastically reduce the cost of roaming and international calling. Their products range across the board from software calling applications to SIM based products.

Truphone needed to roll out a new platform that would allow the support and management of existing and new users, for their new SIM offering 'Local Anywhere' - all this on a new telecoms network. The new web service platform needed to be operational with tight deadlines due to contractual obligations.

Within a 12 week period we helped define the applications that were needed to support the business. Several prototypes were built as a 'proof of concept' to determine not only product ordering but also network integration and account management. We delivered a robust solution - from SIM activation and self help.
